Heath and Shamatay transformed this property into a modern showcase, initially purchasing it as a project to sell. The comprehensive renovation stripped the house back to its bones, featuring full insulation, realigned rooms, new carpeting, a fresh bathroom, a contemporary kitchen, and new paint inside and out.
